I have the right to decline any commission If I see fit.

I only accept Paypal, Venmo and Ko-fi as payment.

Payment must be recieved before I start the sketch.

The commissioner is responsible for giving any and all necessary details when filling out the form.

You may not commission charcters from media from me (Shows, video games, books etc.)

I do NOT give permission for my artwork to be used as an NFT or to be used for AI training purposes.

Commissions are for personal use only and should not be used commercially on merch, promotions, etc

Posting my artwork is allowed with proper credit.

Do not claim the artwork as your own artwork is prohibited.

Prints are allowed for personal use and gifting only, selling prints of my artwork is prohibited

I work based on the refrence sheet provided. Any edits to what is given needs to be stated prior to starting

Chargebacks will result to being blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

Refunds will not be given for completed work.

Full refunds will not be issued once the piece is started.
