I have the right to decline any commission without giving reason.
The Client is responsible for giving any and all necessary details when commissioning. [ Clothes/Tiny details/ expression/pose etc. ]
You may commission me for Fanart reasons! However I will be strict when doing so and choose those I know I can confidently draw.
When Commissioning NSFW art you must be 18+
I reserve the rights to all finished artwork no matter the stage of progress.
Private commissions are allowed but must be stated while sending information needed.
Finished artwork will be sent to the email used for payment when finished.
You are not allowed to edit or alter my art without my permission.
You are not allowed to use my art (commissioned or not) for NFT's in any way.
Using my art for Ai or Ai training is strictly prohibited. I do NOT consent for my artwork to be used as such.
By commissioning me you accept my terms of service, failure to do so will land you on my commissions blacklist.

All prices are in USD
I accept payment through Paypal and Ko-fi.
Payment must be received before I start on any artwork.
Refunds are available if I am unable to work on the commissioned artwork or before I start the sketching phase.
False Charge backs will result in being put on my blacklist and you will be blocked on all platforms I post on.

Commissions done by me are for Personal Use only and should not be used commercially on merchandise, promotions, or any other sell-able object made in bulk.
Re-posting my artwork that the client has commissioned me is 100% allowed but only with the proper credit! i.e. Tagging my accounts on or under the post!

Upon commissioning me the client must have all information ready. Otherwise your commission may be declined.
To start the commission process you can message me on any platform you see me active on! Telegram/Discord: ( @EmpGrem )
Client will receive updates during the Sketch and Lineart/color stage. However you may ask me for updates at any time.
Finished artwork will be sent for final approval before it will be sent to the email provided for invoice.
Commissions tend to take anywhere from same day to 1 week after payment.
